Cancellation Policy:

If canceled or modified up to 72 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Terms:

The total price of the reservation will be charged 72 hours before arrival by cash or bank transfer or credit card. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Other Information:

-       All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

-       One child from 7 to 11 years is charged VND 149,500++ per person per night when using existing beds.

-       One child older than 11 years or adult is charged VND 874,000++ per person per night in an extra bed.

-       The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

-       Pets are not allowed.

-       Only 1 child under 6 years of age/ room will be offered a buffet breakfast without charge.

-       Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

1.       Authorization letter with cardholder's signature

2.       Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

3.       Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
