Customers make payment via bank transfer using the bank account information provided after completing the order.
Once we receive the payment, we will confirm the order and proceed with delivery based on the information you have registered. Please clearly include your order ID or phone number in the transfer description to ensure fast and accurate confirmation.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
This is a payment method in which customers pay cash directly to the delivery staff upon receiving the goods.
When the order is delivered, you may check the condition of the package and the product before making payment. In case the product is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, you may refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery staff immediately at the time of delivery.
