1. Conditions for Return and Exchange

Customers should check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the goods immediately upon delivery/receipt in the following cases:

• Goods are not the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
• Insufficient quantity or incomplete set as ordered.
• External condition affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents to prove the deficiencies in order to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Regulations on Notification and Return/Exchange Timeframe

• Notify-for-return/exchange timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
• Return/Exchange timeframe: Within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Return/Exchange location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
